3. Blockchain & Data Storage

Service records are stored on public blockchain networks (Base, Ethereum, Polygon). Once recorded:

• • Records are immutable and cannot be deleted
• • Transactions are publicly visible on block explorers
• • Metadata may be stored on IPFS (decentralized storage)
• • Off-chain data is stored securely on AWS DynamoDB
